How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2β4 weeks in advance for large items like tents and dance floors. Smaller items (chairs, tables, machines) can often be booked just days before your event.
Is delivery and setup really included?
Yes! Delivery, professional setup, and post-event teardown/pickup are included with all rentals within our 50-mile service area. No surprise fees.
What if I need to cancel or change my booking?
We understand plans change. Contact us at least 7 days before your event for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Can I rent items for multiple days?
Absolutely. Multi-day rentals are priced per day β just select your start and end dates when booking. We deliver on day 1 and pickup after your last day.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, and PayPal. Payments are secured with bank-level encryption.
